About the Owner
Built by a Field-Tested Operator, Not a Franchise Playbook
I started in home service work before I had a driver's license. My first business was landscaping — a push mower and a work ethic. That taught me early what service actually means: show up, do the work right, communicate clearly, and take responsibility when something doesn't go according to plan.
From there I moved into carpentry and construction, spending years on residential projects — additions, repairs, framing, full renovations. Real work, inside real homes, with real customers who deserved real answers.
I later spent four years as VP of a structural engineering firm, running operations and sales. That changed how I see this industry. I watched projects break down before anyone picked up a tool — unclear expectations, poor communication, weak planning, nobody truly owning the process.
